Fareham-based Taylor Made Computer Solutions is targeting a greater share of the legal sector following the appointment of Rob Hillsdon as Business Development Manager.
He previously worked for a global IT company providing corporate governance solutions at board level to FTSE 350 organisations, the public sector and charities.
His prior experience also includes 20 years spent working for legal software vendors.
"Law firms are facing new challenges that put their data, and business, at risk," said Hillsdon.
"They deal with many large volume financial transactions in various aspects of work and data, including bank account details and other sensitive information, that can be a hot target for cyber criminals.
"We have the knowledge and experience to help advise and implement the secure infrastructure required to meet the new challenges faced by this sector."
