Rigby-owned SCC has strengthened its Microsoft and UC&C portfolio with the acquisition of Resonate.
This is the third strategic deal for SCC in the past year, following Nimble Approach and Vohkus, as it builds on its Digital Solutions and Services Provider (DSSP) strategy.
Microsoft specialist Resonate employs 150-people across Europe and India and has grown 25% year on year since its founding in 2015.
James Rigby, CEO of SCC EMEA, said: “Resonate’s Teams expertise, its managed service, and its purpose-built management tools will be a welcome addition to our portfolio.
“We recognise the role Microsoft plays in most enterprises today and therefore the chance to acquire the Teams expertise of Resonate was compelling for us.”
Resonate will operate as a separate company under the guidance of CEO Bob Garcia and the current Resonate management team.
Garcia said: “We knew that SCC would be a good home for Resonate and a great environment for our people to continue to grow their skills and drive innovation and business value for customers.”
