Connectus Group has bagged Doncaster-based Eximus Solutions for an undisclosed sum.
Connectus Chairman Paul Ruocco said: "We now have access to resources to match our growth aspiration."
Connectus has also invested a further £100k into network hosting improvements, refurbishments and new office space in and around Doncaster Business Park, bringing the total investment in these areas to £250k."
