Two senior managers at Spitfire Network Services have been promoted to the board of the £25m business.
Dominic Norton has become Engineering Solutions Director while Nick Goodenough moved up as Partner Service Director.
Joint Managing Director Harry Bowlby commented: "Nick and Dominic are longstanding senior managers and have a keen insight into the marketplace. These appointments reflect the substantial contribution they have made to the development of the business."
