Sophos adds 24x7 support to service offering

Sophos has added Partner Care to its global portfolio, delivering 24x7 administrative and operational support to speed up response times for its partners and MSPs.

Partner Care will offer a single point of contact for quoting, navigating the partner portal, addressing licensing queries, NFR requests, and more.
