Mitel has expanded its partnership with BT to deliver a UCaaS solution for its business customers, targeting companies transitioning to hybrid working on the cloud.
The solutions, MiCloud UC and MiCloud CC, are based on Mitel’s MiCloud flex technology, hosted in UK data centres and are set to be available on subscription-based models.
Richard Roberts, Mitel’s VP UK&I and Northern Europe said: “With these new cloud offerings, Mitel and BT can support companies in navigating workplace shifts without compromising business goals by providing a migration to a customer’s cloud of choice at the pace that is right for their organisation.”
Francesca Lee, Commercial Director of BT’s Enterprise unit, added: “Through the MiCloud solutions, we are expanding our offering to customers with an easy way to use cloud communications and collaboration capabilities to increase productivity and gain access to Mitel’s latest customer experience tools.”
