Digital Space, the MSP formerly known as Timico, now counts 8x8 amongst its strategic partners, giving it access to an enhanced UC&C offering and adding Experience Communications as a Service (XCaaS) to its portfolio.
XCaaS encompasses cloud-native contact centre, voice, team chat, and meetings capabilities and will a be key tool for helping companies grow post-Covid, according to Keith Jackson, Senior Director, EMEA Channel at 8x8.
