As Openreach’s stop sell of new analogue telephone services comes into force, MSPs should be actively supporting customers in unlocking the full potential of Teams, saying Giacom’s Head of Voice Portfolio Claire Markin.
She said: “The transition from traditional analogue methods of communication to a fully digital network brings with it opportunities for businesses to drive productivity, efficiency and growth.

The stop sell marks an important step towards the UK’s digital transformation and is a reminder that the PSTN network will be switched off by the end of 2025, a move first announced in 2017.
