Dura Software has acquired Invosys as it looks to expand into the UK market and the telecoms services segment.
This deal marks Dura’s 17th acquisition. The deal brings connectivity and cloud solutions, intelligent call management and routing for contact centres, and manages services and support into the group.
Dura Software CEO Paul Salisbury (pictured) said: "Invosys’ reputation for developing a strong suite of solutions make them a valuable addition to our portfolio and we will continue to grow the business with the team we have in place.”
Incoming CEO of Invosys, Jane Anderson, said: "This is an opportunity for Invosys to continue our innovative work with the backing of a larger group, using the resources and expertise that Dura Software will afford our company to accelerate our growth and enhance our product offerings."
