Converged Communication Solutions has added physical security to its offering with the acquisition of Aberdeen Technical Services (ATS).
The merger has resulted in the creation of a separate company under the Converged group, Scot-Tech Fire and Security (STFS).
ATS made the decision to join the Converged Group after MD Graham Porteous chose to step back from the business. He will remain on in a consultancy basis with all other staff joining Converged.
