Conscia has acquired ITGL to spearhead its entry into the UK&I and bolster its digital transformation offering.
Headquartered in Denmark, Conscia employs over 1,020 people across six countries serving more than 1,000 customers.

The move also adds cybersecurity solutions to ITGL’s portfolio, alongside enhanced managed service offerings to support its network and cloud infrastructures.
ITGL has a strong presence in the public sector and is a Cisco Gold Partner, alongside Conscia.
