Nimans’ Head of Channel Sales, Tom Maxwell is celebrating 30 years’ service with the comms service and support distributor.
Maxwell, pictured celebrating his milestone with colleague, began his career in 1988 as a sales executive and has witnessed many technological changes over the last three decades – starting in a pre-internet era.
“It’s gone in the blink of an eye,” said Tom. “There’s been lots of changes both here and in the world of technology but I’m enjoying working in the channel as much as ever.
“I’d say the biggest development has been the internet and the cloud. It’s revolutionised how people work and interact. When I first began my career I was selling telephones, answering machines and fax machines. Nimans and our customers continue to move with the times and I’m looking forward to more exciting times ahead.”
