Westcon-Comstor has appointed Erna de Ruijter-Quist to the newly created role of Chief People Officer.
She joins Westcon-Comstor from Sage, where she led organisational redesign programmes and established strategic workforce planning capabilities.
Prior to Sage she held international leadership roles at HSBC, Virgin Media, Liberty Global, Sony and GE Capital.
In her new role, she will shape Westcon-Comstor’s people strategy, driving employee engagement and accelerating the company’s digital transformation.
This includes continuing to embed a culture of diversity, equity and inclusion and implementing programmes around innovation, internal mobility and learning and development.
