Cubic Telecom has appointed Stephen Breen as Director of Global MNO Partnerships.
He brings decades of experience in telecommunications and roaming, most recently with Verizon and Telenor Group, and holds the Deputy Chair leadership position within the GSMA’s ‘Wholesale Agreements & Solutions’ Group.
In this role Breen with manage Cubic’s international partnerships with over 90 mobile network operators globally.
