Flotek continues M&A spree with 8th acquisition

Flotek has made its eighth acquisition since launching in April 2022, adding Swansea-based Liberty Solutions.

The deal adds to Flotek’s telephony offering for its SME customers, with Liberty specialising telephone lines and business broadband solutions.

Jay Ball, CEO of Flotek, said: “Having completed eight acquisitions in 12 months, we now have four Swansea bases as well as multiple locations in England.
