Callroute and Coolwave customers can now automate voice services across UCaaS and CCaaS platforms including Microsoft Teams, Webex and more following a partnership between the organisations.
Service provider Voxnube will become the first partner to unlock the benefits of this partnership, providing distributor voice services and solutions to Callroute and Coolwave’s partner bases globally.
