Wavenet has bolstered its IT managed service and cybersecurity offerings through the acquisition of OGL Computer Support Holdings.
The buy brings OGL Computer Support as well as CyberGuard Technologies, the cyber security division launched in 2017, which provides protection from its 24/7 UK Security Operations Centre.
“This move brings knowledge and experience, enabling the Wavenet Group to enhance the service provided to our customers,” said Bill Dawson, CEO of Wavenet.
“This acquisition is in line with our business growth strategy which includes organic growth, partnerships, and product expansion,” added Philip Grannum, CCO at Wavenet.
Wavenet’s legal advice was provided by the Squire Patton Boggs Leeds office. Orbis Partners acted as financial advisors to OGL Computer Support Holdings and legal advice was provided by DWF.
