TelcoSwitch has appointed SaaS specialist Ivan Martin as Non-Executive Chairman of the Board.
Martin brings over 40 years of experience in the technology, software and financial services sectors with both private equity backed and publicly listed businesses.
He has served as Chairman of Aptitude Software Group since March 2016 and was Chairman of Xceptor until April 2021.
Additionally, Martin was CEO of Misys Banking and Capital Markets, a board member of Misys and Chairman of FDM Group from 2006 to 2019.
“Ivan is highly regarded in the Software-as-a-Service market, having guided several fast-growth SaaS businesses, and will be an invaluable counsel as we move forward,” said CEO Russel Lux
