GoTo has added new features and Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) capabilities to its Resolve product which provides enterprise-grade remote support tools to SMBs.
The platform now facilitates Background file management, remote terminal access and multi-agent collaboration.
Antivirus management, antivirus software, patch management and alerting are expected to be added in Summer 2022.
