Renovotec has enhanced its expertise in developing IT solutions with the acquisition of Jade Solutions.
The buy boosts Renovotec’s annual turnover to £50m and increases its headcount in the UK and Europe to over 160 employees.
Renovotec will also take on clients such as Pret a Manger, Marks & Spencer, Nando’s and Bet Fred, who are served by Jade’s high-growth contactless retail environments.
Renovotec CEO Richard Gilliard said: “Our strategy of meeting our supply chain customers’ business needs with best-in-class technology is paying off.”
