Vaioni has appointed Nick Grimshaw as Operations director, as the company looks to treble its size.
Grimshaw brings over 20 years’ experience in leading operational roles including Managed Services Director at Azzuri Communications and most recently Operations Director at Allvotec.
In his new role, Grimshaw will oversee the full remit of operational activity across service delivery, technical support, engineering and software development.
MD Sachin Vaish said: “As a forward-thinking operations professional, Nick is a great addition to the Vaioni senior team as we continue our focus on driving a frictionless customer experience.”
