Digital transformation specialist Econocom has snared London-based MSP Trams to expand its global distribution offering and begin a new cycle of growth.
Trams is a leading UK Apple reseller with around 40 employees and a reported turnover of £42m.
Warren Peel, Trams MD said: “We anticipate joint potential both on the commercial front and through the addition of new value-added expertise that will allow Trams to change dimension.”
Frances Weston, MD of Econocom for UK and USA, added: “This transaction will strengthen our presence in the UK, a strategic development area for the group.”
The founders and key managers will remain to drive growth.
