Connection Capital-backed MSP Mode Solution's CEO Alex Tupman has pulled in ex-Conn3ct colleague Clinton Gromme to join him as the company’s COO and drive its acquisition campaign.
Tupman said: “Clinton’s understanding of business process and systems as well as running large teams of technical and support personnel will be highly valuable to our M&A strategy, as well as integrating multiple acquisitions.”
Groome has two decades of experience in the outsourcing and in–house service delivery sector and was most recently VP of Operations at Conn3ct, where Tupman was CEO until joining Mode Solutions in April this year.
