Windsor Telecom named as a CityFibre City Champion

Camberley-based Windsor Telecom has been chosen to champion Reading, Maidenhead, Slough and Bracknell’s uptake of full fibre connectivity provided by CityFibre.

Pete Tomlinson, CEO at Windsor Telecom said: “As people start to move back to the office environment, now is the time for companies to maxamise their connectivity speeds at the best price available and our role as CityFibre champion enables us to provide that service.”

CityFibre’s move into the Thames Valley region is in line with Government-backed plans to connect 85% of homes and businesses nationwide to full fibre by 2025.

Andrew Wilson, Head of Wholesale, CityFibre, said: “We have made significant investments to bring full fibre to the Thames Valley area and want to do everything we can to give businesses the opportunity to take advantage.”
