Colt and Atos announce partnership to deliver a best-in-class Contact Centre as a Service solution
A link up between Colt Technology Services and Atos sees Colt deliver CCaaS based on its cloud telephony proposition and Atos’ cloud contact centre offering.
Colt CEO Keri Gilder said: “These last few months have taught us the importance of communication and staying in touch with our customers. Now, Colt and Atos are bringing together interaction, communications, collaboration and connectivity.”
Colt CCaaS will be launching in Europe in Q1 2021.
