Maintel expands public sector proposition

Maintel will expand its offering in the public sector after being named as a supplier on Crown Commercial Service’s (CCS) Network Services 2 agreement (RM3808).

It will enable Maintel to supply a variety of additional communications services to public sector organisations.

The company already has a history in supplying communications and managed services to the sector, such as working with over 40 health trusts to provide mission critical communications solutions and enabling local authorities such as Greater London Authority, West Midlands Police, Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust, University of Bath and NHS Grampian.

Rufus Grig, Chief Technology and Strategy Officer, commented: “We’ve helped more than 300 public sector organisations to address the growing need for digital transformation, covering hundreds of thousands of employees.

"We understand that organisations in the public sector operate in a complex environment, and we pride ourselves on using our expertise to make collaborating and communicating simple, flexible, and secure for all our customers.

“Being recognised as an approved provider ensures that we can continue to offer high quality managed services to as many public sector organisations as possible.”

Maintel has been named as a provider of data access, local connectivity, traditional telephony, inbound telephony, IP telephony, mobile voice and data, paging and alerting, video conferencing, audio conferencing, unified communications, and contact centres.
