NTT has combined its various companies including NTT Communications, Dimension Data and NTT Security into one, called NTT Ltd and headquartered in London.
Those brands names will go, replaced by NTT Ltd, except in MEA where DD continues as an entity.
It will employ around 40,000 people in offices across 70+ countries and regions, and aim at offering a wider range of services, especially managed services.
