NGC Networks seeks north west expansion

The appointment of mobile sales exec Alex Stephens (pictured) by NGC Networks kicks off a recruitment campaign to populate the company's new office in Bury.

The Wakefield-headquartered comms provider seeks to add nine more heads to strengthen its presence in the north west region. Its first signing, Stephens, held previous sales roles with Vodafone, EE and O2.

NGC Networks Director Nikki Guest said: "Our new Greater Manchester office is part of a strategy to grow our customer base in the north west. We look forward to welcoming a number of new faces over the coming months as we build our regional presence."

Stephens said: "I have a wealth of experience that I intend to put to good use by helping companies to identify the right network for their workforce. NGC's partnerships with all three networks means I'm well placed to deliver on this."

NGC is on target to hit £6m turnover this financial year, representing a 15% year-on-year increase. The company is listed in the 2018 Northern Tech 100 league table of fastest growing tech firms.
