Pangea's IoT Partner Programme continues to grow in its appeal with DF Communications the latest reseller to form an exclusive channel partnership. Fiona Fraser, Director of DF Communications, said: "Although our expertise remains in mobile phone solutions we recognise that this is not where communications begins and ends.
"We also provide Wi-Fi solutions, handheld tablets, mobile tracking systems and hands-free car kits, and have seen increasing demand for IoT solutions which is why we have partnered with Pangea for support in winning business that otherwise would be out of our reach."
Pangea's Partner Programme began life two years ago and quickly proved to be a popular destination for resellers seeking long-term growth in the IoT market.
In November 2017 Pangea signed its 100th partner ahead of plan, and according to Sales Director Bernie McPhillips the programme dovetails neatly with the requirements of ambitious companies such as DF Communications, which was established in 1986 by Dick Fleming.
"Strategically it's a great fit for everyone involved," said McPhillips. "We focus purely on collaborating with our partners, as opposed to their end users.
"This way we support businesses like DF Communications in developing IoT strategies that enable them to make the most of this exciting market."
The significance of this opportunity is not lost on the man tasked with driving DF Communications' IoT strategy.
Sales Director Craig Forsyth observed: "The IoT is another critical evolution in our industry and we are keen to develop new capabilities alongside Pangea to meet our customers' requirements. Their high levels of interest have already generated a considerable sales pipeline."
