Twelve of Xelion's UK technical support engineers have visited the company's head office in Delft, Netherlands, for training on the latest release of the Xelion hosted telephony platform.
As well as receiving technical training, the UK engineers enjoyed a full social programme that included go-karting and a tour of the ancient city of Delft, famous for its ceramics industry and Delftware blue pottery.
Dave Reynolds, Xelion UK MD, said: "We are focused on the channel with a partner only policy and we aim to offer a personal relationship to our partners, providing them with support. That includes full technical training for the engineers."
