Voiceflex appoints new Channel Account Manager

Stephen Dykes has joined Voiceflex as Channel Account Manager, bringing with him an established background and 20 years experience in ICT, channel development, and account management.

He will be responsible for supporting Voiceflex channel partners in the north, recruiting new channel partners, account management and account growth.

Before joining Voiceflex, Dykes worked in the channel with companies such as Zen Internet, BT, Nimans, Cisco and NFON UK.

In recent years he has focused on the cloud/hosted telephony and Unified Communications (UC) space and has gained vast experience and success within the SME sector with both channel and direct sales.
