Train to Win joins forces with Windsor Telecom

Train to Win has extended its presence in the outsourced hosted telephony provisioning and support market with the addition of Windsor Telecom to its client portfolio.

Windsor Telecom is known as one of the UK's largest inbound providers and will leverage Train to Win's managed services arm, called Support to Win, which has compiled a tailored package of provisioning and support services for the Camberley-based comms specialist.

Windsor Telecom MD Sue Kempton stated: "Train to Win understood our requirement for a flexible and scalable solution, as well as the necessity for a hands-on relationship between our two companies to ensure that every process is efficient and cohesive. Our customers receive more feedback on the progress of their orders and always have access to a team of experts."

Kempton also noted that she has a strategic focus on the integrated nature of the new business partnership, referring to Support to Win staff as 'colleagues', which according to Train to Win MD Julie Mills (pictured above) is a reflection of the evolving role of outsource companies that have the capacity to operate as an extension of their clients' business.

"The customer experience is paramount and depends on close working relationships throughout the value chain," said Mills. "Furthermore, Windsor Telecom is no longer burdened by the task of managing staff absence and holiday issues common to all small provisioning teams."
