Tollring adds compliance centre to iCall Suite

Tollring's new release of iCall Suite includes functionality for authorised users to achieve GDPR compliance via a new compliance centre.

"Other organisations, such as those in the financial sector or emergency and security services will need to record calls to comply with specific regulation or to protect the public interest.

"Call recording functionality will need to demonstrate that it meets the criteria laid down in the Regulation. We are confident that these enhancements will add further value to our partners and their customers."
