A collaboration between Microsoft cloud partners TeleWare and US-based hosting company Team Venti has come to fruition with the launch of compliance recording and analytics services for Team Venti's Skype for Business users.
Charlie Ramirez, Team Venti's Managing Partner, stated: "In offering call recording as part of an integrated hosted solution we are able to provide enterprise level solutions to smaller organisations. We just turn them on."
TeleWare CEO Steve Haworth added: "For Team Venti, the challenge was to find an easy to deploy solution that was fully compatible with Skype for Business, easy to use and scalable."
The solution incorporates compliant voice recording with IVR and enterprise class voicemail. It captures and analyses call data, enabling users to gain insights into their business.
Haworth commented: "We developed this solution because there are some limitations with the 'off the shelf' offering for regulated markets.
"A number of existing customers came to us looking for a recording solution that they can use within their Skype for Business interface. This offering allows businesses to integrate additional functions to enhance the core product."
Haworth also noted that all calls and Instant Messages on Skype for Business are driven through Azure, which he says provides greater platform stability and security.
