TalkTalk Business brings more focus to partner support model

TalkTalk Business has restructured its partner support operations and increased its sales team by 25%, enabling partner managers to spend more time on developing and supporting fewer partner relationships.

The company has also introduced a two-tier account model for larger partners who have permanent access to an Account Director or a dedicated member of the service helpdesk.

The move follows last month's news that TalkTalk Business and Daisy signed Heads of Terms on a proposed deal that would transfer TalkTalk direct B2B customers to Daisy, making TalkTalk Business a channel-only organisation.

Director of Partner Richard Thompson stated: "By deepening our relationships with partners we will be better able to support their growth and our own at the same time."
