STL signs three-year agreement with the Force India F1 team

stlSTL has signed a three-year agreement to supply the Force India F1 team with support and services. STL Managing Director Brendon Cross said: "F1 is the ideal testing ground for the services we provide and Force India is an excellent showcase for our telephone systems and peripheral equipment."

The Samsung telephone systems that STL supports allows the team to communicate seamlessly regardless of where the Race or Test teams are in the world. Use of IP technology means that only one extension number is published for each member of staff regardless of whether they are in the back of a support vehicle or behind their desk in the factory.

"Using Samsung technology STL have really managed to streamline team communications whilst at the same time reducing costs," said Adrian Collinson, Head of IT at Force India F1.
