Contact centre software applications specialist Rostrvm Solutions has launched a new channel partner programme and is on the hunt for new resellers.
Supported by the latest release of the rostrvm call centre software package the programme 'opens up a marketing opportunity' by providing small, informal and departmental contact centres with the same strategic call handling software traditionally associated with larger organisations, claims the firm.
The rostrvm call centre software suite uses SIP VoIP architecture to extend formal call centre structures to the informal contact centre, ensuring easy management, evaluation and planning of multimedia contact handling for inbound and outbound call centres as well as skills-based routing and call back management.
