Peach Telecom has completed the integration of Pro-voiceLtd, a Southampton-based communications provider offering telephone systems, fixed line and voice services to some 250 customers.
The deal, worth an estimated £2.8m to Peach over the next 24 months, will see customers transfer to the Hampshire-based fixed line communications provider.
Peach Telecom Managing Director, Darren Scott-Healey, said: "The deal with Pro-voice is further evidence of the company's strategy to strengthen itself through acquisitions and follows the deal with Harmony Solution. This goes hand in hand with the rapid organic growth that Peach has enjoyed throughout the last 36 months.
"We have been able to conclude the deal with Pro-voice swiftly, and have integrated the customer care and billing elements with ease. The additional revenue will now bring Peach to an annualised turnover of £7.5m supplying over 2,500 business customers with a full portfolio of communication products"
All staff at Pro-voice join the Peach team with Pro-voice's Managing Director Phil Edmonds taking up the role of Operations Director for the group of companies.

'If you are worried about laying off engineers, why not re-deploy them in sales while the installations side picks up? You often find that the best dealers are former engineers who have a broad knowledge of the industry, who customers trust to give them sound advice and a solution that works for them.'
