Unified Communications company, Zeacom, has joined forces with ONIto drive the Zeacom Communications Centre (ZCC) into the UC contact centre market.
The partnership will create a sales platform to deliver a UC offering with proven RoI, enabling contact centres to improve collaboration within daily working practices and improve operational efficiencies.
