Nimans has launched an exclusive music and messaging on hold solution that starts at a trade price of less than £100.
The Fortune 4000 uses web-based functionality where users can choose a voice actor and pick from 300 royalty free tunes. Completed announcements are downloaded onto a USB stick and plugged into a base unit which can be dealer branded.
Supplied with all cables and hardware, the own brand Fortune MOH player combines simple installation and ease of use with customised options - taking just four steps to complete from start to finish.
Dealers can brand both the website and hardware with their own logo and first assess their bespoke website, as part of a no obligation to buy process.
Paul Burn, Nimans' Head of System Sales, says the Fortune 4000 is compatible with all phone systems and represents a very cost effective and intuitive solution.
He said: "Music and messaging on hold is proven to enhance the customer experience, reducing the amount of abandoned calls. Businesses now have the opportunity to polish-up their image with a professional and fully customisable messaging service that can be set-up within minutes."
"IP telephony and SIP are now widely accepted. The connectivity has become more affordable and businesses are moving key services to the cloud. We see a majority of new RFPs requesting hosted."
