Over 150 delegates descended on London's May Fair hotel to hear Mitel's directors reaffirm their commitment to a software-centric future.
The Mitel Directors Briefing provided partners with a strategic update on the vendor's direction and product portfolio, while rugby legend Gareth Edwards joined the Mitel staff and channels for drinks, dinner and photos.
Andy Eliot, Marketing Director EMEA, Mitel, said: "Mitel's software centric story has generated a buzz in the channel because of the benefits that it will deliver to the end user, such as cost savings, easier management and high availability."
Campbell Williams, Marketing Director, Charterhouse, said: "It was excellent to have senior managers briefing their peers in the channel and to hear Mitel's positive global view on the marketplace."
Jonathan Sharp from Britannic added: "The Directors Briefing gave everyone a valuable insight."
