Logica's former Group Chief Marketing Officer, Nick Caplan, has been appointed as the new Chairman for IT support company Managed Networks.
Managed Networks, which celebrates its 10th birthday this year, specialises in SME IT support provision and has offices in London, Birmingham and Runcorn - Cheshire.
Caplan joins to support the company in achieving full national coverage in the next three years. Having enjoyed significant annual growth (43% compound growth over the past five years), this target is attainable even with the current challenging economic times.
Caplan, a Group Executive Board Director, joined Logica in 2003 and has a track record which includes terms as Chief Executive of two software houses, service as Head of CSC's European Financial Services Consultancy and Operations Director of JIB, an organisation providing international insurance and risk advisory services.
