Maintel has acquired a UK customer base from Atos for £5.1m as the French tech company and owner of Unify seeks to drive growth through partners and large customer accounts.
On completion of the deal - which is expected to be accretive in the first full year of ownership - Maintel will become a channel partner of Atos.
