Avaya Diamond partner IP Integration scooped the vendor's UK Enterprise Growth Partner of the Year award for 2017, a year in which the Theale-based comms provider secured important new enterprise customers having developed its technical expertise amid a restructure of the business that helped to drive 9% growth.
"We have built on our technical competence to support existing and planned product announcements for the contact centre market from Avaya, and from new vendors with complementary solutions," said Dave Glasgow, Sales Director at IP Integration.
