Telecom expense management firm has expanded its customer support team with the appointment of James Drummond, who has held a number of senior sales, support and consulting roles during his 20 years at BT.
Drummond achieved a number of awards for sales achievements and customer satisfaction, including the 2008-09 top fixed-mobile convergence solutions sales achiever and 100% customer satisfaction for the past two years.
