In Call Solutions has launched an upgraded version of its call management iPhone app, giving users the means to change the routing for non-geographic telephone numbers while they are away from the office, at the touch of a button.
Based on ICS's Number Manager platform, it also features a full reporting suite and access to call recordings and voicemails.
The new updated version has the function to instantly change destination numbers to all levels of services, with no access to a PC required.
This means that using the app it's now possible to change a destination number for a particular period on a time of day plan or any destination number on a complex IVR plan with several menu levels.
Users can also record prompts from their iPhone, upload them and then allocate them to a live service. This is useful for customers who need to make an instant change to a welcome or menu message in emergency, out of hours, or when they are not in front of their desk.
