Cloud distributor Giacom's partnership with Mission Labs enables resellers to access the SaaS-based business phone system CloudTalk via Giacom's Cloud Market.
CloudTalk is exclusive to Giacom and is aimed at the SME market and integrates with CRM systems including Nimble which was launched earlier this year in the Giacom Cloud Market.
Giacom CEO Mike Wardell said: "Mission Labs' focus on cloud telephony will positively disrupt the UK SME market."
Damian Hanson, co-founder and Director of Mission Labs, added: "Any type of technology reseller will be able to provision and sell telephony to their customers with a jargon and hardware-free approach, all without the usual complexities seen in recent years from the traditional UK telecoms sector."
