Brussels-listed Econocom has taken a major stake in Jade Solutions, a UK-based enterprise mobility solutions provider.
The move sees the Econocom Group continuing its expansion in the UK and Ireland, and is another step forward in its journey towards becoming a full digital services provider, it says.
Jade specialises in rugged mobile technology, wireless networks and guest wifi. Its latest Crowd Wifi solution allows retailers, hoteliers, restaurants and businesses to interact with, engage and learn from their customers' behaviour.
With 43 employees, Jade reported £12.75m revenues in 2016.
