Delegates rallied behind Cable&Wireless Worldwide as it launched a convincing channel campaign at two events this month. Oscar Monteagudo, Director of Partners at CWW, said: "Our core strategy is about boosting resale with partners retaining client sovereignty. The money is with next generation services."
Key developments within the CWW camp include a restructured and dedicated channel business unit, a leadership team with the bit between their teeth and a next generation cloud voice proposition called NGWare developed in partnership with cloud specialists Content Guru.
Across the two sessions CWW addressed 80 delegates from 54 different companies.
"Our launch was received positively with high levels of interaction and interest, proving that what we have to say is relevant to the market," enthused Edward Winfield, Director of SaaS Alliances at CWW. "Requests for follow-up meetings are being actioned across ten new logos as a result of the events."
Abzorb is an early adopter of the NGWare platform and is currently working with CWW's wholesale team to deliver through its own Layer 2 Interconnect.
