The annual Cisco audit reviews Comms-care's progress and performance as a Gold partner over the previous 12 months.
Since its audit last year, Comms-care has developed its Cisco expertise through engineer training and the adoption of new Cisco technologies.
In addition to this Comms-care has successfully achieved ISO 20000, the first global standard specifically aimed at IT Service Management.
